The Midea 12,000 BTU Smart Inverter window unit beats the summer heat with powerful cooling and dehumidification, then keeps you comfortable into autumn with supplemental heat (heat pump operates above 5 °C outdoor temperature). It's sized for large rooms up to 51 m² (550 sq ft).
Variable-speed inverter technology makes it ENERGY STAR certified with up to 35% energy savings versus the conservation standard (CEER 13.3). Choose from 5 modes (Heat, Auto, Cool, Dry, Fan) and 3 fan speeds via the LED control panel, remote, SmartHome app, or by voice with Alexa and Google Assistant. The washable filter slides out from the front panel for easy cleaning, and automatic shutoff and defrost control are built in.
